It's because I'm not a big fan of css . html, in my opinion, is generally good enough most of the time. Though, I still use css, but very minimal.

"What's with the old-web style?", you might ask. I just really like it. It's awesome and gives me a feel of nostalgia on the early days of the internet. And, by the way, this site is purposely made to be viewed on a desktop screen. I don't like writing complicated code just to dynamically fit this site on a small screen.
